The Story of David Robinson
As told to us by his mother, Doreen Dunn

The most unselfish person I have ever known is my son, David

He has spent his entire life of 33 years as a wonderful humanitarian.

At 17 years old, he started a group for teens with no support at home. That group is still going strong today in London, Ontario.

In Kamloops, he was co-founder of SAGA Forum (Social Alliance Gay Association) - constructive socializing for gays and lesbians. He organized an accompanying monthly newsletter.

After moving to Vancouver, he organized AIDS Affirmative Action to fight for HIV+ persons to be able to keep their Canada pension for much needed vitamins etc.

David loved life, loved people, and never stood on the sidelines of anything. He always had so much love to give, trusted everyone, yet was murdered for his picture ID.

His laugh was infectious, his love limitless. I know David is in a better place but I miss him more than words can say.
