In December, 2005, the AIDS Candlelight Memorial and Vigil merged with the Vancouver AIDS Memorial Society. The Candlelight Vigil will now have a permanent home at the Vancouver AIDS Memorial site at Sunset Beach and will remain connected to the International Candlelight Vigil held yearly around the world.

The 27th annual observance was held Sunday, May 23, 2010 at 8:00 PM at the Memorial. This was the final observance to be hosted by the Vancouver AIDS Memorial Society. If you are interested in continuing this tradition, please contact us for more information.
